Q. How can I enroll myself in the Rewards Programme?

A. You are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program as long as you are a Basic Citibank Credit Cardmember.

Q. How do I start earning Citibank Rewards points?

A. You will earn 1 point for every Rs. 50 spent on all local and international retail transactions on your Citibank Credit Card. Earning of Rewards points will continue for as long as you hold the Citibank Credit Card and have a good credit history.

Q. How do I keep a record of my Rewards points?

A. Your Rewards points will appear on your monthly Statement of Account. You can also call our 24-Hour CitiPhone Self Banking 111-222-222 any time for your Rewards points update.

Q. Can I exchange my Rewards points for cash?

A. No, Rewards points are not encashable. Points can only be exchanged for Rewards.

Q. Will the spending of my Supplementary Cardmembers earn Rewards points?

A. Yes, eligible transactions of Supplementary Cardmembers posted in your monthly statements will earn points which may be used for redemption only by the Basic cardmember.

Q. Can Supplementary Cardmembers claim a Reward?

A. No, only you as a Basic cardmember can claim a Reward. However, you can designate an authorized person to collect Rewards on your behalf.

Q. When do I exchange my points for Rewards? And how?

A. When you have earned enough points for your desired gift, simply call CitiPhone Banking on 111-222-222. Q. How long does it take to receive my Rewards?

A. Please allow upto 8 weeks for delivery, after you have made your request through CitiPhone Banking.

Q. Are my existing Rewards points still valid?

A. Yes, your Rewards points accumulated to date are valid for this Programme as well.
You can add more points now to get a better gift.

Q. Can I use more than 1 Rewards voucher at the selected outlet?

A. Yes, you can accumulate multiple Rewards vouchers for your selected gift.

Q. If the item of my choice costs less than the value of Rewards voucher, can I adjust the difference myself?

A. No, your selected item should atleast be of the value of your Rewards voucher
